Celerity Solutions Engages Carlin, Charron and Rosen LLP to Complete Fiscal 2007 Audit

Celerity Solutions, Inc. (Celerity) announced today that it has engaged the services of Carlin, Charron and Rosen LLP, independent auditors, to prepare audited financial statements for the Company’s fiscal year ended March 31, 2007.

According to Paul Carr, Celerity’s CEO, “the audit will commence in mid-September and we expect the audit to be completed prior to December 31, 2007. Celerity's audited financial results for fiscal 2007 will be made available to all shareholders once the audit is complete.”
