Slingshot’s on-line Customer Connection service provides our clients with all the information required to get the most out of their ERP software. We’re committed to ensuring you, our customers, are able to login to a secure area, where you can:

  • Review the status of your implementation project including percent complete statistics detailed by task, hours to complete each task, weekly written status report and other project summary metrics.
  • Log a System Support Request (SSR), or review the status of existing SSR entries
  • Record functionality suggestions and enhancement requests
