eCityConnect provides and manages EDI facilities, XML transactions and web services allowing you to reduce manual entry and improve data timeliness and accuracy. Where manual transactions are necessary, entry processes have been designed for optimal efficiency. Batch control is provided for manually entered invoices and other “source” documents. Totals must be in balance before the documents can be finalized. Intelligent defaults are provided in all systems for maximum efficiency.
Comprehensive control and management reporting is built in. Most reports include an extensive run time option. Reports can be viewed online, printed, e-mailed or distributed. Reports can also be exported to Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets or PDF documents. All reports and documents were developed using Business Object’s Crystal Reports toolset and can be easily modified.
