Slingshot Awarded Microsoft's Gold Partner Certification

On Monday 21st. January, Slingshot announced its award of Microsoft Gold Partner status.  Slingshot has maintained Certified Partner status over recent years, and has leveraged its use of Microsoft products and participation in their beta programs to the fullest extent possible.

Paul Carr, Slingshot’s CEO said that “Maintaining the highest possible partnership status with Microsoft enables us to access the best possible software, utilities and support they can offer on behalf of our clients.  As power users of Microsoft products, we regularly push the newest software to its limits.  For this reason we’re pleased to participate in Microsoft’s beta programs so we can influence their products’ functionality prior to its launch in the marketplace.”

Maintaining the Gold Partner status enables Slingshot to access, on behalf of its clients:

•    Software:  Additional licenses for most Microsoft products, including the testing, training and demonstration versions
•    Support:  Pre-sales (customer escalated questions), technical and business critical support
•    Subscription:  Microsoft’s significant’ on-line body of knowledge related to its products
•    Training:  Microsoft’s on-line “labs” – where the use of all products is explained and demonstrated
