SALES ENGINEER

Responsible for generating revenue from product sales through implementation of the marketing plan. Establishes and maintains key relationships by constructing long-term purchasing agreements, supporting trade show activities, managing sales channels and working to meet or exceed profitability and gross margin targets. Creates accurate forecasts for revenue and product/volume mix. Identifies the need for new products and works cooperatively with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and R&D in support of new product development. Qualifications: Technical background. BA/BS and 5+ years experience or equivalent combination. Vacuum industry or rotating equipment experience desirable.

GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Requires a versatile individual who will be responsible for ensuring the overall integrity of the general ledger as well as processing weekly and biweekly payroll records. Principle duties include preparing monthly reconciliations of various general ledger accounts, coordinating the month-end general ledger closing process, preparing month-end financial statements, and processing and maintaining payroll records using ADP software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and 5 years of general ledger experience.

DESIGN & APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Responsible for up-front customer liaison work, technical qualification of new product design, and design engineering of custom-sealed rotary spindles. Creates new designs, participates in design reviews and assumes engineering responsibility for the overall design integrity of assigned products. Directs or assists the evaluation of problems encountered in design, manufacturing, or service. Position requires attention to detail, excellent understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to sell ideas to customers and colleagues. A thorough understanding of motion control mechanisms, including motors, encoders and drivers required. Qualifications: BSME with some education in electrical field; 5+ years experience including experience as a Design, Applications, or Project Engineer in a related industry.
