Jürgen Zinsstag, an Electronic and Mechanical Engineering graduate, has over 30 years of technical management, sales and marketing experience in thin film and vacuum technology. This includes including 20 years with Ferrotec in both Europe and the US. He joined the company n 1981 and was responsible for building the Ferrofluidics sales and service organization in Europe. In 1986 he set up the development and manufacturing group for the electron beam product range at the Germany facility. In 2000 he became the president and CEO of the Nashua operation in the US.

Mr. Cesati brings to Ferrotec Corporation over 30 years of financial management experience. Formerly a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Company, he has maintained a relationship since 1980 with Ferrotec Corporation,serving as President of its U.S. subsidiary, International Thermoelectric Inc, and as an advisor to the Chairman concerning Ferrotec Corporation's U.S. holdings. In 1999, he returned to become President of Ferrotec Acquisition, Inc. formed for the acquisition of Ferrofluidics Corporation now Ferrotec (USA) Corporation and currently serves as its CFO.
