A medical device company developed a new home hemodialysis (HHD) platform that made it much easier for patients to administer their own therapy in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Solution
With more than 300 forward stocking locations nationwide, inventory was established within same day delivery reach of their patients to ensure monthly and emergency replenishment of supplies. All inventory levels and shipment updates were sent automatically to the client in combination with full customer support day and night. Specially trained partners delivered and setup the portable home hemodialysis machines inside the home, in the room of choice, to ensure the satisfaction of customers.
