Lynda
Detterman
consults with organizations using a systems perspective to inform
leadership and strategy development, management of diversity, and
overall organizational development. Along with her 28 year consulting
practice, she has taught in the management schools at Suffolk, Antioch
and Case Western Reserve, and holds a doctorate in organizational
behavior. Being a coach in The Power & Leadership Conference
is one of the most exciting and significant experiences in her practice. |
Marcia
Hyatt
has over 20 years experience in management, leadership development,
and in facilitating organization change processes. Her consulting
focuses on new forms of organizational learning. She is a recipient
of the Minnesota Organization Development Practitioner of The Year
Award, and is co-author of TOWARDS THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION: A
GUIDE. Marcia functions as anthropologist at the Power Lab and she
conducts and trains others to conduct The Organization Workshop.
In addition, she stars in the play, "What A Way To Make A Living." |
Anne
Litwin
has been an organizational development consultant for more than
25 years to a wide variety of organizations across the globe in
the areas of executive coaching, managing change, team building,
and valuing diversity. She is recent past Chair of NTL Institute,
and is editor of MANAGING IN THE AGE OF CHANGE. Anne serves as coach
and anthropologist at the Power Lab, and conducts and trains others
to conduct The Organization Workshop. |
Joe
Meier
has grappled with the exercise of power in systems since his childhood
in Nazi Germany. He has been involved with the Power & Leadership
Conference over much of its history and conducts the Organization
Workshop in German and English. After a career in urban teacher
education, he now spends his time writing, contemplating, and designing
educational web content. |
Mary
Lou Michael
holds a doctorate in Human and Organization Development from The
Fielding Institute. Her 20 year career encompasses human resource
management in a corporation, and for the past 15 years she has owned
her own consulting firm. Mary Lou has served as coach and anthropologist
at the Power & Leadership Conference. She has been conducting
The Organization Workshop since 1987. |
Jonathan
Milton
has been a partner in a training and consulting group since 1989.
He has been a senior associate with Power & Systems since 1984.
He has been a senior trainer of The Organization Workshop and has
trained others to lead The Organization Workshop since 1986. He
has been on the staff of The Power & Leadership Conference as
coach and anthropologist since the 1970s. |
Phil
Novick
holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American
University/NTL Institute. He is an independent consultant who focuses
on organization development, management development, interpersonal
communication, personal power and coaching, and team building. Phil
serves as coach and anthropologist at The Power & Leadership
Conference and as trainer of The Organization Workshop. |
John
Rae-Grant
spent ten years in the high tech field where he earned a reputation
as a skilled manager and turnaround artist. He is co-founder and
former Chief Technology Officer of one of Canada's first and most
prominent internet incubators, where he continues to serve on its
board. His consulting company focuses on creating strategic alignment
throughout organizations, mostly high tech companies. He acts as
anthropologist at the Power Lab, where he enjoys being silent for
a change, and writing parody songs to present the system view. |
Bob
Rehm
is a leading practitioner and educator in the field of participative
planning, organization design and learning. The common thread of
his work is moving systems towards democratic structures and values
to improve their effectiveness. He is the author of the new book,
PEOPLE IN CHARGE. Bob applies Oshry's concepts to the redesign of
workplaces and in helping organizations and communities realize
their desirable futures. Bob has been coach at The Power & Leadership
Conference since 1991, and he also conducts The Organization Workshop
with his partner, Nancy Cebula. |
Michael
Sales
holds a doctorate in Education from Harvard and co-founded a training
and organization development firm in 1989. He has been a senior
associate of Power & Systems since 1984. He delivers and trains
others to deliver The Organization Workshop and he participates
in The Power & Leadership Conference as coach, anthropologist,
and occasionally as a participant. |
Bill
Wilson
brings over 28 years experience in human resources, training and
development, management, recruitment, consulting and sales to organizations
looking for ways to create excellence and peak performance at all
levels. Bill has been conducting The Organization Workshop since
