days! Via email, HR Hotline sends
you everything you need to get started. Your roll-out
materials include:
Poster Files – PDFs sized 8.5 x 11 and
11 x 17, to make posters you can place in appropriate
areas.
- Label File – PDF sized
1 x 4, for Avery® #08461 inkjet label sheets,
so you can make and distribute labels, as needed,
for telephones and computers.
- Card Files – PDFs sized
2.25 x 4 and 3 x 5, for Rolodex® #67620 and
#67625 card sheets, so you can print and distribute
telephone file cards as needed.
- Handbook File – PDF
of the HR Hotline client manual,
with all the information you need to start and
maintain the service.
- Notification Files – Word
document files you can use to send notifications
of service implementation both in-house and to
outside partners, vendors and others.
All files are designed to print on most standard
in-house printer/copiers, with standard papers
and forms. They can also be sent to your local
print shop for larger sizes, laminations, etc.
