Hotline.
Please read the following information carefully.
If
anyone is in immediate danger, including
you,
DO NOT rely on HR Hotline.
Dial 9-1-1, or your local law enforcement agency.
Federal and state laws provide statutes of
limitation regarding many of the activities
you can report through HR Hotline.
We strongly suggest, should you make a report
you feel may require criminal or civil action,
that you seek legal advice immediately.
Certain information must be submitted
in order for HR Hotline to
properly channel your complaint. In some cases,
we strongly suggest you include other information.
This information may vary according to the
type of violation you are reporting. Fields
indicated in red on the report form you choose
must be filled out. Further explanations follow
on the report form.
HR Hotline cannot and will
not guarantee that the organization
receiving your report will keep it and the
details of your report confidential. The
organization may feel a need to disclose
details in order to properly investigate
your report.
If you absolutely do not want your identity
disclosed, you should not reveal it to us.
However, not disclosing your identity may undermine
the legal protections
afforded to a reporter, such as those afforded whistleblowers.
HR Hotline is committed to
maintaining your anonymity, should you choose
to preserve it. Reports submitted to HR Hotline
are confidentially forwarded only to the appropriate
person(s) at the organization identified in your
report. They are not posted on, or accessible
from, this site.
