HR Hotline is dedicated to preserving
the privacy and anonymity of complainants, and does
not collect any information about them other than
the information submitted by them to us. HR
Hotline does not employ browser cookies
or telephone traces for the purpose of discovering
complainants’ identities or additional information
about them.
Information submitted by complainants to HR
Hotline is forwarded only to the appropriate
person(s) at the organization identified in a report. HR
Hotline does not, and will not, forward
information from a report to any other party, unless
specifically directed to do so, in writing, by the
complainant, or by an officer of the court.
Though HR Hotline controls how it
forwards information, and who it forwards information
to, we cannot and will not be responsible for that
information once it is received by the reported organization.
There may be times when an organization must disclose
some or all of the information it receives from HR
Hotline, in order to fully investigate a complaint
or to fashion a proper remedy.
HR Hotline does not share any information
about the companies or organizations with which it
has contracted services.
