In 1999, HR Hotline developed
a web-based service for reporting harassment and
discrimination incidents, backed with a network
of toll-free telephone numbers. The service was
an immediate success, and quickly expanded to cover
reporting of additional improper behaviors and
activities, including conflicts of interest, corporate
misconduct, unsafe working conditions and workplace
violence.
Today, HR Hotline is taking complaints
24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and has a constantly-expanding
list of toll-free telephone numbers that covers
more than 30 countries. Reports are taken by telephone
and on the web in English, Spanish and French,
with more languages to come.
