or disability.
- Discrimination – Verbal
or physical abuse, or bias in employment decisions,
directed at an employee because of age, sex,
sexual orientation, race, religion, color, ethnicity
or disability.
- Accounting Fraud & Sarbanes-Oxley
Violations – The unethical recording
and analysis of business and financial transactions
associated with generally accepted accounting
practices.
- Compliance Violations – Violations
of laws, rules or standards on the part of an
organization or its employee(s).
- Unsafe Work Conditions – Failure
on the part of an organization to maintain a
safe workplace, free of potential harm due to
equipment, environmental or supervisory failures.
- Violence & Threats – The
infliction of, or threat to inflict, injury or
damage to a person or their property.
- Conflicts of Interest – Behavior
engaged in for personal benefit that is contrary
to the objective exercising of person’s
official duties.
- Misconduct & Ethical Violations – Actions
that are in direct conflict with organizational
policy, procedures, contractual responsibilities
or the code of conduct, whether willful or accidental.

The purpose of HR Hotline is
to document and submit reports to companies and
organizations. The information in those reports,
and the knowledge of their existence, may be used
by you to support your claims. It is also possible
that the information, or lack thereof, may be used
in defense against allegations.
