Description:
The CoilWinder 200 coil winding machine provides for winding up to a 18"(457 mm) diameter coil. Six speed ranges allow for various winding speeds and torques.

Features:

1. Six speed ranges with variable speed within each range. Maximum speed 600 RPM.
2. Heavy-duty welded steel construction for superior strength.
3. Electrically actuated disc brake for positive stopping.
4. Electronic wire guide traverse: Two precision layering styles are provided; Parallel and Spiral.
5. Set-up time is minimized by use of electronic controls for setting wire pitch and stopping at the desired turns count.
6. The operator only needs to enter this data and set the winding width stops. Winding speed ranges are easily selected.
7. Reverse bend system eliminates need for pounding wire or pressing coils into shape, produces tighter coils and uses less wire.
8. Easily adaptable for coil winding single or multiple coils.

Motor Equipment: 2 HP (1.5 Kw) AC vector motor and drive with foot controlled variable speed.

Faceplate: 12" (304.8 mm) diameter.

Tailstock: Mounted on precision ways to allow positioning anywhere along winding axis. 2" (50.8 mm) quill travel with quick toggle action. 60° live center with straight shank.

Machine Control: S-50 winding controller with 50 programmable stops, 7 program capacity, parallel and spiral layering and end stops to define winding width.
