Trainer Certification Program enables you to conduct The OrganizationWorkshop
for your own clients. It is available to both internal and independent
trainers/consultants. Trainer Certification Programs are 5 days
long and are held twice yearly (see Calendar of Events). If there
are 4 or more trainees from the same organization, we can arrange

A
Story:
The Philadelphia Alliance
What happens when
seven high-powered, successful, independent consultants all want to
get certified in The Organization Workshop? Warfare? Competition? Sabotage?
Not if you're the Philadelphia Alliance.
These
seven consultants from the Philadelphia area went through the Trainer
Certification program together, discovered they liked and respected
one another, and saw the potential they had as an alliance. They committed
to pooling their contacts to organize an Organization Workshop for their
clients and potential clients. After many meetings and working through
mountains of details, they pulled it off. Their program was a huge success.
The
members of the Alliance experienced it as a great coup for the seven
of them, both in terms of their ability to conduct the workshop together
and in terms of their ability to integrate with one another all along
the way. The clients were thrilled with The Organization Workshop and
impressed with the way the seven of them worked together. This has led
to a second and third public workshop as well as to in-house client
workshops. Members of The Alliance still have their independent practices
yet collectively they are a powerful force for systems change in the
Philadelphia area.
