Overview
For over 20 years, Hoffman
Engineering has supported the photometric needs of the
automotive industry. Gonio-photometric and production test
stations are available for testing the luminous intensity
distribution of headlamps, tail lamps, and all exterior automotive
lighting, as well as, the efficiency of retro-reflective devices.
 Hoffman’s
AGS series goniometer systems offer full-featured, menu driven
software to support high volume, precision engineering and
customized testing in a Windows 98® operating environment.
It includes routines for SAE testing calibration, system diagnostics,
data storage, printing and data manipulation (ECE and JIST
are also available).
 The
SAE-010 Reflex Test System provides a quick way to check the
reflex cavity prior to lamp assembly. Hoffman is capable of
making this a fully automated system that includes light source
setup, data storage, printing, and data manipulation through
Microsoft Windows environment. Configurations to test to European
and Japanese specifications are also available.
