• Full evaluation of your equipment at a set fee to determine necessary repairs. Evaluation fee is waived for repairs authorized by the customer.
  
• Average in-house repair is two days plus shipping.
  
• One hour minimum charge
  
• Necessary parts are charged at manufacturer's suggested list price
  
• Customer is responsible for freight both ways
  
• Return shipment will be done FOB Nashua, NH using Ground Service unless otherwise requested by customer.
  
• We ship using the original shipping carton provided by our customer.
  
• Customer assumes responsibility for durability of carton
