Exclusions
to Maintenance Agreements

heads, unless specifically requested to be covered by a maintenance agreement
- Cables
- Stand-alone
power supplies
- Label
jams
- Obvious
misuse and/or mistreatment of equipment - includes the use of ribbons and
media that do not comply with the manufacturer's specifications.
- Installation
& maintenance of customer consumables
- Damage
as a result of fire, water, construction
Payment
terms
Service personnel will
not be dispatched for Time and Materials calls without the receipt of a
Purchase Order or a valid credit card.
Contract maintenance customers may be billed quarterly or annually. A 20%
surcharge is added to the contract price and divided into four installments
for the quarterly option.
Payment terms are Net 10 days (from invoice date) or payment by credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
Note: Service will not be provided if the maintenance agreement has not
been paid or if there are past due invoices on the account.
Discounts for multi-year annual prepaid contracts are available:
- 7% for two years
- 10% for three years
Equipment
Changes
Equipment changes to
the Agreement must be received no later than 30 days prior to the ending
date to avoid erroneous billing.
Cancellation
Winco requires a 30-day
written notice of intent to cancel prior to the ending date of the Maintenance
Agreement.
