Greg Smith, B.S., M.S, C.S.C.S(NSCA) Speed and Strength Coach

Gregg Smith is a graduate of Bridgewater State College. He has been in the health and fitness industry since 1998, working with health clubs, private studios and major colleges.

Gregg has been a personal trainer, fitness trainer, bodybuilder and lifestyle consultant for the past eleven years. He specializes in weight loss and nutrition, endurance training and youth strength and conditioning training.

Gregg has worked with people from all walks of life, from aspiring young athletes to division 1 college athletes. During his career he has trained everyone from working professionals seeking to maintain a moderate fitness level, stay at home moms searching to reclaim their pre-pregnancy bodies, to seniors looking to stay healthy and enjoy retirement.

Gregg runs the Adult Boot Camp Program at Precision.
