PRECISION ALL SPORT PROGRAMS

Athletic performance and injury prevention begins with developing stability, strength and flexibility in each and every athletes movements. Athletes will receive an individualized training program for their age, gender, sport, medical history and training experience. Workouts focus on speed, agility and body weight strength exercises. How fast an athlete can sprint short distances will be trained and improved on as well as their their ability to make quick and efficient directional changes from side-to-side, forward and backwards, backward and forwards, and every angle in between. As a result of the type of training provided in these sessions, individuals can establish the proper motor patterns that will ultimately lead to athletic success.

PRE-SEASON SUMMER FOOTBALL CONDITIONING CLINICS

Athletes will train and prepare for the upcoming season at our facility. This 8 week program of either 3 or 4 days per week will have you ready for the upcoming season. Sessions are 2 hours and will be broken into groups by positions.

ADULT BOOT CAMP

One hour, 2 or 3 days a week, high intensity, total body conditioning class designed to blowtorch fat off your body! Join the fat burning army today. It's the ultimate boot camp style workout designed to get you the body you've always wanted and look lean and mean in just 8 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before June 22, 2009 will receive a cash refund less 50% of the total cost of class.
 (No Show, No Refund).
Precision Speed and Strength, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change classes, dates or locations.

Liability Waiver

I agree that I shall provide health insurance (including a copy of an insurance coverage card or similar document) to cover any personal injury and property damage sustained by the student while participating in any activities of or while on the premises of Precision Speed and Strength, Inc. or premises leased or otherwise under the control of Precision Speed and Strength, Inc. Precision Speed and Strength, Inc cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen acts of God, including facility damage/closing complications or weather related rink/facility cancellations. These are highly unlikely to occur but in the event it does, we will issue credit vouchers for the full amount paid for the affected program. If Precision Speed and Strength, Inc. cancels for any other reason not specified above we will offer you a full refund. Precision Speed and Strength Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change classes, dates or locations.

The undersigned assumes all responsibility for any and all risk of damage or injury that may occur to the above named player as a participant in Precision Speed and Strength, Inc., and other activities related to the program, including New England Sports Academy, The Pond of Norwood, Twin Sticks, Inc., Additionally, the undersigned hereby releases and discharges the program, P.J. Vande Rydt, employees, agents, supervisors, and instructors from all claims, demands, rights or causes of action present or future, whether known or anticipated and resulting from or arising out of or incident to the undersigned participation in said program. This is also my permission to have my child admitted and attended to, for medical and dental treatment, in case of sickness or injury. I hereby grant Precision Speed and Strength, Inc the right to use photographs, video images and/or other media of my child for publicity, advertising and/or other commercial purposes. Precision Speed and Strength, Inc has a zero tolerance policy with respect to uncontrollable behavior, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and other controlled substances and weapons of any kind. Any participant possessing any of these will be immediately dismissed from the program and will forfeit all amount paid. By signing this release and by being enrolled in this program you assent to the enforcement of this policy and you hereby grant to Precision Speed and Strength, Inc. the right to inspect any and all personal belongings at any time on and off premises in relation to the program. Dates, times and prices are subject to change.
