The WILEVCO 4.5 x 6 CRYOLATOR®, a vertical swept surface heat exchanger, offers the ultimate in batter temperature control. At just 9 inches in diameter, a minimum of floor space is required whether mounted on the end of the mixer or post mounted. Both the standard and the modified high capacity configuration are designed to assure smooth passage of the most delicate products. Sanitary blades scrape product from the super cold surface, providing uniform temperature with absolute control. Under all conditions, the WILEVCO 4.5 x 6 CRYOLATOR® can meet your strictest requirements through a full range of viscosities.
