the emerging breaded fish stick industry.
As the coating industry has expanded in
scope and sophistication to include meat,
poultry, vegetables, potatoes, various snack
foods and other seafood, WILEVCO Systems

controllers with electronic data acquisition
and computer interface capabilities. These
new controllers will allow important production
temperature and viscosity information to
be retrieved locally or remotely and entered
directly into your spreadsheet software.

WILEVCO CRYOLATOR® represents the ultimate
in batter temperature control through the
full range of viscosities. Our vertical
swept surface heat exchanger was designed
specifically for batter chilling in 1968,
and has remained unequaled since its development.
Thoughout the years, the CRYOLATOR®
has been successfully utilized in a variety
of temperature transfer applications including
liquid process chilling of sauces, slurries
and gravies.
With
the rising cost of raw materials, increasing
consumer awareness and adherence to good
manufacturing practices, it is more important
than ever to assure exact viscosity and
temperature control of the batter. To accomplish
precise control with quick response to changing
