The WILEVCO SERIES VIII Automatic Mixer incorporates the latest operator interface and data acquisition technologies into a mixer constructed ruggedly and to sanitary standards. The simplified component layout allows for ease of assembly, operation and maintenance. The Series VIII Mixer is designed to withstand the rigors of extreme conditions on the production floor and, more importantly, to deliver coatings at their designed viscosity and temperature consistently throughout the production period. Its low shear mixing action, standard with any Wilevco system, allows the versatility and flexibility of mixing all batters and coatings including tempura with one system, thereby also reducing capital expense. For moderate capacity lines, the Series VIII Model 50 will mix and maintain from 1500 up to 2500 pounds of liquid batter per hour. For higher capacity lines, the Series VIII Model 70 will mix and maintain up to 6000 pounds of liquid batter per hour.
