During her tenure as CFO of Clarify, Inc., a $225 million public software
company, Praisner was instrumental in growing the company's market cap from
approximately $300 million to $5 billion. Paisner was also a key negotiator
in the recent acquisition of Clarify, Inc. by Nortel Networks. Prior to Clarify,
Praisner was a venture partner at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), a Silicon-Valley
venture capital firm. She also served as CFO of OnStream Networks, a manufacturer
of wide area network access devices, and was a prominent player in its acquisition
by 3Com Corporation.
Praisner also held numerous executive positions at Aspect Communications including
CFO, VP of Marketing and VP of European Operations. As vice president of finance
and CFO at Aspect, she built and managed the company's worldwide financial and
Information Technology organization and infrastructure and directed the company's
initial public offering in 1990. Prior to Aspect, Praisner held various financial
management positions at Advanced Micro Devices, Monolithic Memories and Digital
Equipment. In addition, Praisner was an auditor at Price Waterhouse and is a
certified public accountant.
Praisner holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and B.A. degree
(German) from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Jim Mongiello is a venture partner with Redpoint Ventures. Prior to joining
Redpoint, Jim was a venture partner with Brentwood Venture Capital, a firm he
joined in 1998. Jim focuses on the networking and communications space, and
he has worked closely with a variety of portfolio companies, including TransMedia
(acquired by Cisco), Freegate, Lightera (acquired by Ciena), Mayan Networks
and Vivace.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Jim was President and CEO of OnStream Networks,
which was sold to 3Com for $254 million in 1996. Before that, Jim was President
and CEO of Larscom. Over the last 31 years, Jim has been involved with creating
some of the most successful WAN products used in networks today. He has held
senior management position in a number of networking companies including GDC
as Sales Manager, Timeplex as Director of National Accounts, Doeltz Networks
and Larscom as Vice President of Sales and Marketing before becoming CEO in
1994. Jim began his career at Codex on the team that developed the first 9600
BPS modem in 1968.
Jim attended Lowell University and completed the Executive M.B.A. program at
the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kathryn

Since becoming a General Partner with Merrill, Pickard, Anderson & Eyre
in 1989, Kathryn has come to be recognized as one of the nation's top market
value creators. She brought her knack for spotting winners to Foundation Capital
in 1995 as one of the firm's founding partners. Among her notable accomplishments
have been lead investments in Documentum, Grand Junction Networks, Rapid City
Communications, Primary Access, OnStream Networks and Applied Digital Access.
Kathryn also led Foundation's investments in AirFiber, CarsDirect.com, Chordiant
Software, Interwoven and Vivace Networks.
Even before making the jump to venture capital, Kathryn had distinguished
herself as vice president of marketing at Oracle Corporation during the company's
formative years. She also held various marketing, engineering and strategic
planning positions with Data Systems Design, Gould and Bell & Howell. She
serves as part of the Advisory Council to the University of Chicago Graduate
School of Business, where she earned an MBA in 1978. Kathryn also holds a BS
in Physics from the University of Toronto.

Coxe |
|
Tench Coxe focuses his investments in telecommunications hardware, application
software, semiconductors, and payment infrastructure. Tench joined the firm
in 1987 following his tenure with Digital Communications Associates in Atlanta,
where he managed T-1 products and directed internal MIS and marketing. Previously,
he worked with Lehman Brothers in New York City, where he was a corporate financial
analyst specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity
financing.
His current directorships include Artisan Partners, Clarus, Copper Mountain
Networks, eLoyalty, Ceon, JP Kids, Lynk Systems, NVidia, Vivace Networks and
WildCard Systems. He was also responsible for the firm's investment in Alteon
Networks, @mobile, Avant!, Edify, Legato, Network Appliance, Grand Junction,
NCD, OnStream Networks, Synernetics, Primary Access, and XcelleNet. Tench graduated
from Dartmouth College with a degree in economics. He earned his MBA in 1984
from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business.
