Our distributor makes deals with the leading importers of these units. They know what is being sent from Japan, they buy the entire shipment at a time, then hand pick each machine after they clear customs. From that point, they go to a location and get "Shopped", with means that they are broken down into separate parts and each part is tested. Anything that looks worn is replaces with rebuilt parts. Anything that doesn't test out right is thrown away and replaced. After this is done, they have a final inspection and the units are sent to one of their dealer (Token Sales). Ones they arrive here, they are inspected again to make sure the chrome is bright, and the machine is in the condition that we insist on, PERFECT, or very close to it! The way we look at it is simple. If we wouldn't like it in our home, we don't expect your to have it in yours. They even mint their own tokens so that you don't have filthy, worn out, misshapen tokens. A lifetime warranty comes with each machine. The parts replacement on anything that might go wrong is paid for by us! (This does not include misuse or abuse of the machine).
