DreamWorks had changed advertising agencies and wanted to confirm that no money was due back to the company.

RA Shain & Associates' Spot TV audits showed that significant under-delivery compensation and credits for buying guideline violations were due back to DreamWorks from numerous television stations.

Based on the audit results, RA Shain & Associates developed appropriate letters and backup exhibits used to justify the request for station credits and under-delivery compensation. This enabled DreamWorks' current agency to obtain compensation for the client. Credits were obtained even though the buys were almost two years old and had been placed by DreamWorks' previous agency.
