Independence and objectivity are the key components of our philosophy. Media auditing is our sole function. We do not perform media planning or buying because of the potential conflict of interest.

We take a non-confrontational approach to media auditing and do not feel it's appropriate to charge our clients an auditing fee based on the amount of funds we uncover. Just because something differs from the plan does not mean that it is bad. Indeed, a deviation from the plan may be in the client's best interest.

Our understanding of agencies and buying services allows us to conduct audits with a minimal amount of intrusion into their day-to-day activities. Our sensitivity to the working relationship between our clients and their advertising partners ensures that the audit process does not jeopardize that relationship.
