On-going audits of Spot TV spending measure both marketing and monetary efficiencies for Domino's.

Significant violations of buying guidelines by the local television stations were uncovered. Due to system limitations, these problems were not identified during the agency's billing reconciliation. As a result of RA Shain & Associates' audits, the agency developed a computerized report to assist them in identifying these violations. Dollar savings to Domino's resulting from (previously missed) credits for guideline violations are projected to be a strong 7-figures per year.
