WAFERMASTERT
The WAFERMASTER is the first and only wafer level ESD test system available on the market. An easy to use, automated ESD test system, WAFERMASTER rapidly and accurately tests at the wafer level in order to identify any ESD problems before continuing to the device's packaged level. Manufacturers can follow their standard ESD qualification plan and test the wafers at the same predetermined IC target levels, stresses and sampling sizes or establish new routines. The system is configured to operate in conjunction with standard industry probe stations and testing is controlled via PC using WAFERMASTER Windows-based ESD test software. The WaferMaster also tests packaged devices with up to 32, 64 or 128 pins using standard DUT fixtures. The WAFERMASTER performs ESD testing per the following standards.
