Commercial Loan Officers
Doug Shaw, Senior Vice President & Senior Loan Officer, joined Eagle Bank in May 2000. In addition to his management responsibilities, Doug specializes in commercial and residential development and construction lending for the bank. He has more than 20 years experience in lending, real estate and business industries. Doug began his banking career at Bank of Boston and came to Eagle Bank following a series of mergers and acquisitions of other institutions. "Being part of a development project from inception to completion gives me a sense of accomplishment knowing I helped the builder realize his goals." Bill Lindquist, Vice President, joined Eagle Bank in January 2003. With over 28 years banking experience, his specialty is commercial loan requests for both residential and commercial investment properties to $8 million. After a six year career as professional golfer and a member of the PGA of America, Bill began his banking career in 1979 with First Safety Fund National Bank in Fitchburg. Since then, he has been through numerous bank mergers, most recently the TD Banknorth acquisition of WarrenBank in Peabody. “With commercial lending it’s the relationship that counts and community banks are the ones best able to provide the service they need.” Bill earned his undergraduate degree in 1972 from University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL and his MBA in 1984 from Rivier College, Nashua, NH. Michael Falvey, Vice President, joined Eagle Bank in February 2008. Mike will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of C&I loans including owner-occupied commercial real estate and will also handle new business development. Most recently, Mr. Falvey was Vice President of Commercial Lending at StonehamBank and his past experience includes a long career as Vice President at Central Bank. In addition, Mike has served on the boards of the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce, Melrose Chambers of Commerce, and Clarendon Hill Towers Tenant Association. Mike is a graduate of Bentley College and also a graduate of the National School of Banking. With over 20 years of financial experience, Mike will be a great asset to Eagle Bank. Tyler Otfinoski, Vice President / Commercial Loan Officer, rejoined Eagle Bank in June 2008 after spending four years working for Citizens Bank in their Regional Banking Division. Tyler will be responsible for managing commercial and residential development and construction lending for the bank as well as developing new business. “I am happy to be back at Eagle Bank and look forward to offering the exceptional customer service the bank is known for. Residential Loans
Albert Pinho , Vice President, joined Eagle Bank in August 2001. Previously, Albert had managed the mortgage and consumer lending divisions of American National Bank in Omaha, Nebraska. During his 10 years there, he also served as Vice President and Manager of Corporate Loan Operations for the multi-bank holding company. In 1996, he returned to the Boston area to accept a position with a local independent church. "I joined Eagle Bank to serve its communities; I know the vital economic role a strong local bank can play in the financial well-being of its host communities. As a liaison between the Bank and the community, I want all our customers to experience Eagle Bank as their trusted partner for business and personal loans." Albert is a native of Portugal who grew up in Hartford, CT and came to the Boston area to attend college. He and his wife Ginny and their children have made Everett their home for the past ten years. Branch Managers
Domenica Bonacorso , Assistant Vice President, joined Eagle Bank May 2006. Domenica manages the Lexington Center and East Lexington branches. She has been in the banking industry for 30 years. Domenica was a wide range of experience working as a teller, Manager of Sales and Customer Service Representatives, and Branch Manager. Angela DiGiacomo, Vice President, joined Eagle Bank in 1977 as a Branch Supervisor. She quickly ascended to Branch Manager and held that position until 1983. After spending a few years raising her family, Angela returned to the bank in 1989 and was promoted through the ranks to Branch Manager in 1996. Rosa DeCastro, Assistant Vice President, started with Eagle Bank over 20 years ago as a teller/customer service representative. Over the years, she has assumed additional responsibilities becoming the Assistant Branch Manager of the Broadway office in 2001, and most recently being promoted to the Branch Manager of the Broadway Office in 2006. Gisella DiPaola, Branch Manager, Main Street and Business Development Officer. Gisella has been with Eagle Bank since August 2002. Robert Carrigg, Branch Manager, Medford and Business Development Officer. Rob joined Eagle Bank in May 2008. He has been in the banking industry for 20 years. He started his banking career at Baybank as a sales and service representative. Rob worked for Fleet Bank, Citizens Bank, Medical Credit Union and most recently TD Banknorth. Rob has a wide range of experience working as a teller, supervisor and branch manager at various stages of his career. He managed an in-store branch at both Citizens and Fleet Bank.
