DATA COLLECTION -TIME AND MATERIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer will ship the equipment to our depot facility for maintenance and repair.

All shipping costs are the customers' responsibility. A free estimate will be provided via fax or email. Normal turnaround time is 1 to 3 full business days excluding transit time. For guaranteed same day turnaround there will be an expedite fee per unit.

Exclusions to Maintenance Agreements

  • We will repair to operating status only. This service does not include troubleshooting for other problems.
  • Equipment is not evaluated or brought to OEM Specs.

Payment terms

Service personnel will not be dispatched for Time and Materials calls without the receipt of a Purchase Order or a valid credit card.

Payment terms are Net 10 days (from invoice date) or payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

Note: Service will not be provided if the maintenance agreement has not been paid or if there are past due invoices on the account.
