Flat
Rate/Maintenance Procedures
Maintenance
contract and flat rate repair service options cover the costs necessary
to repair a piece of equipment to its fully functional state when failure
occurs due to normal wear and tear. The equipment will be run through
a complete set of diagnostic tests and will be aligned, adjusted, cleaned
and calibrated to meet factory specifications. Any parts necessary to
return the equipment to its functional state will be repaired or replaced
at he discretion of the repair engineer.
Exclusions
to Maintenance Agreement
Exclusions
to maintenance contract and flat rate repairs include but are not limited
to abuse, misuse, neglect, accident or any other damage to equipment.
In this event, a Free Estimate for repairs done on a Time and Material
Basis will be provided. Several examples of conditions that will not
be covered are listed below, however, exceptions are not limited to
the below listed scenarios. If you have questions as the likelihood
of a unit's condition being covered under a Flat Rate or Maintenance

Payment
terms
Service personnel
will not be dispatched without the receipt of a Purchase Order or a
valid credit card.
Payment terms are
Net 10 days (from invoice date) or payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express).
Note: Service
will not be provided if the maintenance agreement has not been paid
or if there are past due invoices on the account.
Equipment
Changes
Equipment changes to the Agreement must be received no later than 30
days prior to the ending date to avoid erroneous billing.
Cancellation
Winco
requires a 30-day written notice of intent to cancel prior to the ending
date of the Maintenance Agreement.
