The mission of Peabody Residential is to help tenants find the right house or apartment.  We do this by providing information about all available rental units we are able to get information on and then serving as facilitators.  Our services may include anything from search assistance and providing access to nonpublic information to airport pickup and neighborhood tours. We also show and scheduling of the showing of apartments to ensure efficient use of our clients time.  Peabody Residential was set up as a separate division of the company specifically to serve renters and at one time operated as an entirely separate company. 

Our most important services are those that provide our clients with an advantage in a highly competitive rental market.  Most people do not understand how the apartment rental market in a major city truly works.  Think of getting a great apartment like getting a highly competitive job.  The challenge is not sending in your resume.  The challenge is getting the decision maker on the other end to actually read it and hire you over the hundreds of other candidates.  Furthermore, as we all know the best jobs are often never advertised because there is no need to advertise them – people are already competing for them.  The apartment rental market is no different.  The best apartment deals are generally only advertised as a formality or to get back-up applicants for other vacancies that need to be filled (bait and switch).

When Peabody Residential works with a prospective renter that individual becomes a client of the company and we support their interests.  We will operate with complete financial transparency.  All potential commissions or sources of income to the company are always disclosed in full.
