Peabody Landscaping is our smallest division.  In truth, it consists of nothing more than a couple guys, a lawn mower, a shovel, and a box of plastic bags to pick up trash and dog droppings.  However, it is an extremely important division.  The appearance of a property is critical to getting the property rented or sold quickly and at the highest price.  The appearance of a property determines the type of tenants and owner will attract and influences how tenants will behave.  In all jurisdictions, and especially DC, harsh fines are levied on property owners who do not maintain the exterior of a property.  For these reasons Eight Wards Landscaping likely produces the highest return on invested capital for our clients of anything we do. 

We chose to make Peabody Landscaping a separate division of the company in recognition of the importance of these services.  Peabody Landscaping does not market its services directly to the public, but instead serves the clients of all of the other divisions of the company.
