45 days past due your APR will increase as follows: a margin
of 14.4% will be added to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ)
Prime Rate and will be applied to your account balance beginning
with the statement cycle of this delinquency. Your account
will be reviewed thereafter and your rate may be adjusted
up or down at the Bank’s discretion at any time.
