IBTA Integrators' List Certification
InfiniBand™ Trade Association's (IBTA) Integrators' List (IL) Program
In June 2003, the InfiniBand™ Trade Association announced the initiation of its Integrators' List Program (press release).
A current list of those devices that have successfully passed these tests and procedures can be found in the 'IT Info' section of the InfiniBand™ Trade Association's Web Site (Integrators' List).
Integrators' List of Tests
Lamprey Networks has worked with the InfiniBand™ Trade Association to develop all Addressing, Link, Network and Management tests as well as all Interoperability Procedures now included on the Integrators' List of Tests.
Test Specification - The current version of the IBTA Test Specification is available to IBTA members from the IBTA Website (Volume 3, Version 0.52).
Integrators' List of Tests - A detailed list of these tests can be viewed and downloaded (IB Test Suite).
How to be certified for the IBTA Integrators List
- Client must be a CIWG and IBTA member.
- Attend one of the two plugfests held every year.
- Go through the pre-certification testing by a vendor or the LNI partnership program
Plugfest Attendance
Annually, the IBTA hosts an InfiniBand™ Plugfest. The purpose of this event is to:
- Test vendor cables and devices against the current IL List of Tests as well as Beta versions of new tests
- Provide training on InfiniBand™ concepts and solutions
- Facilitate the listing of vendor cables and devices on the IBTA Integrators' List
