The Firm has been recognized as an innovator and leader in structuring short sales.  We work with all parties in short sale transactions -- the owner of record; the servicer; the intermediary; transactional funders; the third party buyer; and the new lender.  The Firm has created a number of documents that address many of the complexities of the short sale process.
