History

Kliman Law Offices, P.C., was founded in 1994 as a real estate law firm and has gradually been recognized as a premier real estate transactional firm with a national practice servicing the needs of both small and institutional clients.  Our practice areas cover all aspects of real estate transactions.

State Coverage

The Firm has offices, attorneys or relationships  in all of the New England States of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.  We also have developed affiliated relationships in all other states in the country and have considerable expertise in the “attorney” closing states.

Style

The Firm prides itself for its pro-active approach and thinking outside of the box.  We try to get back to our clients as quickly as possible by phone or e-mail.

Title Companies

We are agents and write for the major US title companies and their affiliates including Stewart, Fidelity and First American.  We also have close relationships with all of the local and national offices of these companies.

Technology

The Firm utilizes a number of technologies for the delivery of or real estate services, including:

The firm has originated a proprietary data management system.  All systems are state of the art and constantly updated.

Security

The firm maintains a highly secured facility in a separate building with restricted coded entry.  All systems are maintained through back up redundant off site units in the event of disaster.
