Asset Pools

We work on the sale and purchase of asset pools for performing and non-performing notes; short sale properties; and REOs.  We work with investors and individuals on all sides of the transactions and serve as escrow agent for all of the individual assets. We also structure and coordinate  the disposition of the assets for refinances; reverse mortgages; short sales; deeds-in-lieu and foreclosure.
