GES offers a comprehensive repair and warranty
service for our world-wide customer base. Our repair and warranty service hubs are located in Singapore, Malaysia, China
and the United States.
Our repair and warranty services include product refurbishment, ECO upgrading
(hardware and software), system level repairs and component level repairs. Each repair includes a detailed engineering
failure analysis to ease with the interpretation of root-caused analysis. Based on individual customer needs, GES will
develop a material logistics strategy to accommodate required turn-around service time, as well as, end-of-life product
management. Additional after market support such as sustaining engineering is available through our design centers.
