Fabrics Group.
Odell-Williams have been manufacturing high quality coated
fabrics since 1935 for industrial applications. Most of our products are custom
designed for individual end users.
We produce high performance plastisol/acrylic hybrids for use in cutting
edge tent manufacturing.
We developed a lightweight high performance truck tarp.
The
Performance Coated Fabrics Group leads in supplying coated fabrics to the flexible
ducting industry. We provide fabrics coated with neoprene, acrylic, Hypalon®,
and other polymers and with a range of properties including high heat, abrasion,
and flame resistance, and to the UL-94V0 rating.
We supply coated fabrics to the bellows, way protection, and
ventilation markets. Typical polymers used for coating fabrics for these industries
include neoprene, Hypalon®, urethane, and acrylic. The Performance
Coated Fabrics Group can apply these polymers to fabrics as light as 150 denier
polyester and to fabrics as heavy as 12 OPSY super high tensile strength woven
fiberglass and to everything in between.
In
the automotive and transportation industry, we designed a number of coated fabrics
including butyl and urethane coated acrylic and cotton fabrics used in the construction
of convertible tops. We developed a lightweight high performance truck tarp.
The Performance Coated Fabrics Group produces high performance
plastisol coated fabrics used in applications from dielectrically sealable protective
garments to high performance plastisol/acrylic hybrids for use in cutting edge
tent manufacturing.
