In June 2003, the Boston Business Journal voted Medford
Co-operative Bank among one of the top 50 “Best Places

committees are just two examples of successful groups made
up of front-line staff and middle management that inspire

The Bank also encourages input through its Innovations
Station and the internal employee newsletter, the Medford
Coop Scoop. Employees are entertained at bank-wide theme
meetings where friendly competition enables the winning
team to enjoy a treat.
Last year, the Bank’s President invited all of the
employees to a Red Sox game to celebrate their victory as
CNC’s Readers Choice Poll winner for both Medford
and the North Three Region.

A Sport form and all employees are frequently updated with
progress reports from various departments.
