Twin Pork Loin Chops
Two 4 oz. boneless pork chops grilled and topped with Cider sauce, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach.

Molta Carne
A 24 oz. Boneless Ribeye steak, seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes.


Bragiole -
Beef tenderloin, pounded and rolled around Provolone and spinach, served with Italian style Gratin potatoes and topped with a marinated and grilled Portabello mushroom cap

Bistecca -
A 14 oz. Boneless New York Sirloin grilled, topped with a roasted garlic compound butter - served with roasted carrots and beets tossed with wilted baby spinach.
Atlantic salmon topped with sautéed onions and peaches, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, garnished with Feta cheese.


An 8 oz. filet crusted with blue cheese and served atop Italian style gratin potatoes, drizzled with dried cherry demiglace and served with sautéed onions and peppers
