Ayer, MA
Ayer is located 35 miles northwest of Boston and within easy access to Interstate 495 and Route 2. Ayer is a thriving town in the historic Nashoba Valley.

Shirley, MA
Shirley, incorporated in 1786, is a rural industrial community located on the lowlands of the Catatoonamaug River. It was considered the frontier when a handful of earliest colonists arrived in 1720 and settled on scattered farms in the town.
Shirley is located in Northeastern Massachusetts and about 39 miles northwest of Boston.
Townsend, MA
Townsend's rich history dates back to the seventeen hundreds; having been incorporated in 1732.
Today the Town Common is host to fall fairs and art shows as well as summer band concerts. The Squannacook River provides boating, fishing and swimming. Willard Brook State Park offers picnicking and swimming and Townsend State Forest has excellent trails for hiking and cross country skiing.
Townsend borders New Hampshire and is about 42 miles northwest of Boston.
Tyngsboro, MA
The Town of Tyngsborough is a small residential community located in the heart of the Merrimack Valley.
Tyngsborough has numerous streams, lakes and great ponds. Long recognized as the 'gateway' to the White Mountains, Tyngsborough is only about 31 miles northwest of Boston.
During the past several years Tyngsborough has experienced a tremendous burst in residential construction but still retains the charm of a small rural community.
