SBCA Courses Receive CEDIA Continuing Education Units

Washington, D.C., March 3, 2008 -- The Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) announced that students taking their certification courses will be accepted as Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) for CEDIA Certified Technicians.

“We are very excited about CEDIA technicians being able to receive 3 CEU’s for passing our Satellite Fundamentals and 4 CEU’s for successively completing the MDU/SMATV Essentials courses,” stated Steve Hill, SBCA VP Training and Business Development. “This provides yet another great benefit to our retailers and technicians and we are pleased that CEDIA has recognized the value of these courses.”
