Washington, D.C., February 7, 2007 -- The Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) today announced the promotion of Noah Cuttler from State Regulatory Affairs Liaison to Director of Regulatory Affairs.

Mr. Cuttler joined the SBCA less than a year ago.  As the State Regulatory Affairs Liaison he diligently worked on Over-the-Air Reception Devices issues as well as state and local licensing and regulatory issues.  Under the guidance of Mr. Cuttler the Regulatory Affairs Department has been successful in its objective to promote awareness about the issues that could affect the satellite industry.

“The SBCA was truly fortunate to find someone as talented and driven as Noah,” said Patricia Sumler, Executive Director.  “The SBCA’s Regulatory Affairs department has truly flourished under his leadership.”

Mr. Cuttler received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Davis and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis School of Law.  Mr. Cuttler is an active member of the California Bar, District of Columbia Bar, American Bar Association, and the Federal Communications Bar Association.
