Photo Boards displayed the photos and names of people who
raised sponsorships in their spirit and somebody else wore
their nametags and walked on their behalf at the TeamWalk
                  walkathon. (Thank you!)

Setting up for the TeamWalk

The Lexington Visitor's Center provided the site for our TeamWalk headquarters
gathering.  In the far right photo, notice the sloping, fresh, handicapped accessible brick walkway
and entrance to the Visitor's Center.  This pathway was constructed just in
time for our needs for TeamWalk.  A special thanks go to The Lexington
Lions who secured and erected our tent, tables and chairs and who worked with
the Town of Lexington to have the accessible entrance completed in time for our
event.

Pre-TeamWalk Activities
There were a number of enjoyable pre-TeamWalk walkathon activities including
an IBOT demonstration, a Stretch and Get Set
program lead by Rose Wolanski, P.T., performance by the William Diamond Junior
Fife and Drum Corps and a program and salute send-off by the Minute Man Company.
This was the first public appearance of IBOT since it was approved last August
by the FDA.

TeamWalk walkers enjoy the beautiful route along the Minuteman Bikeway path and
the walkways of historic Lexington. Several spots provided the opportunity for
a short break and a chat.
