Poly-Flex circuit assemblies offer several benefits including flexibility,
lighter weight, lower profile, and lower cost. Unlike rigid printed
circuit boards, flexible circuits conform to the inner contours of the
enclosure without the need for cables or interconnects. Poly-Flex circuits
are replacing traditional rigid boards in countless numbers of applications,
including computer peripherals, appliance, telecommunications, and medical
electronics. Poly-Flex offers a complete service to customers from material
development and circuit design through production, assembly, and final
packaging. Our products replace traditional rigid and polyimide-based
flexible circuits with a highly reliable and cost effective alternative,
which is comprised of a polyester substrate and either additive polymer
thick film or subtractive copper circuitry. Poly-Flex provides design
and manufacturing services for (SMT) Surface Mount Technology and Flip
Chip assemblies. Flex circuits are replacing Cu/Kapton when voltage/electricals
allow. In each of our applications, Poly-Flex recognizes certain attributes,
