Current Employment Opportunities:

Manufacturing Engineer III/IV
Support systems assembly in a dynamic ISO manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include providing assistance in planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing processes (hardware, software and documentation). Provide technical expertise with root cause failure analysis, review engineering change order and provide assistance in activities involving new product introductions. Must be fluent with shop floor systems and provide training to the organization. Capacity modeling and space planning experience necessary. Proven capability to implement Lean Manufacturing philosophies in a high mix/low volume environment. Mentor and provide direction to the junior level engineering community and operations.

Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. 2+ years experience working within an ISO manufacturing environment. 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. 3+ years experience as a senior level or equivalent engineer. BSME, BSIE, or equivalent experience.

Implementation of systems and procedures within ISO 9002 guidelines to manage product and process documentation for both existing and new customers. Responsibilities include managing the ECO process, conducting ECO review meetings, creating and controlling quality system documentation, managing customer BOMs,/AVL's maintaining online and hard-copy documentation, and training personnel on documentation development and control.

Senior Human Resources Generalist
Responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resources needs within the organization including but not limited to: recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, safety and other projects as assigned. Assist in designing and administering Human Resources guidelines. Assure compliance with EEO regulations, Labor Laws and OSHA requirements. Administer benefits to include medical, 401K, WC, STD/LTD and FMLA. Facilitate new hire orientation and process paperwork prescribed by law and internal processes. Coordinate and/or facilitate internal training programs. Assist in implementing and maintaining compensation review process. Manage recruitment for a variety of positions. Coordinate the year-end performance review process, ensuring consistency across the organization. Lead and direct the company safety committee ensuring focus and attention addresses OSHA requirements and internal safety concerns.

A minimum of 5 years progressively responsible HR generalist experience. Good working knowledge of ER, Federal and State regulations, recognition and reward systems and employment practices. Proven ability to effectively apply HR programs and practices to a dynamic organization. Creative thinker and planner who can generate new ideas and approaches. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Leadership, team orientation and flexibility are also essential. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously with minimal supervision. BA degree or equivalent work experience required.

Documentation Analyst I

Must have the ability to work well with internal functional groups and customers in a multi plant / international organization. Computer skills in FTP file transfer, file conversions, WEB, CAD manipulation through on-line customer links is required, 2yr. Associates degree preferred.
