                          Cindy,  We put this lesson together 
in the idea to give you some new things to work on and break you out of that slump 
that you said you're in. In this first week, we will go over some new chords and 
a great warm up routine. Then we'll spend some time on barre chords, seeing how 
you mentioned you needed work in that area. Your Routine 
Spend at least 10 minutes 
on the warm up, this will give you the dexterity needed for the upcoming chords 
we will work on.Take a look at the advanced 
chords. They are great chords and can be applied ASAP. Practice grabbing the chords 
and walk through switching them slowly at first.15 minutes on the advanced 
chord pairs progression. Just strum through the progression slowly, this will 
burn the chords into memory.Read on the Barre chords 
then try this new approach in fretting them.Then play through the progressions
